Ayurvedic consultation
A thorough review of your health, routine, diet and digestion, with a customized diet plan, herbal recommendations and self-care routines.
$250 for 90 minutes, follow-ups $125 for 60 minutes
Abhyanga full body massage
A warm organic oil massage with head and abdominal massage, to support circulation and ease stiffness.
$150 for 60 minutes, $200 for 90 minutes
Shirodhara
Warm oil poured in a continuous stream over the forehead, paired with a calming head and face massage.
$150 for 60 minutes
Swedana steam therapy
Herbal steam that induces sweating to cleanse the body, usually done after Abhyanga.

Kati, Janu, Greeva and Netra basti: warm medicated oil applied to specific regions of the body.
