Common questions about low immunity

Can Ayurveda boost my immune system?

Preeti makes no promise of that kind. She works on digestion, nourishment, sleep and routine, which Ayurveda counts as the base of resilience, and on keeping your physician informed.

I have an autoimmune condition. Is that all right?

Her About page lists support alongside autoimmune care. Keep your specialist informed, and do not stop immune medicines on your own.

Do you recommend supplements?

Possibly, after she has your full medicine list. Herbs are chosen for you after the consultation, and you should show the list to your physician or pharmacist too.
